Concord Refund Process
First and foremost, as part of our commitment to our players, we will be ceasing sales of Concord immediately. Moreover, full refunds will be granted to all players who have purchased the game for PlayStation 5 or PC. Below, one can find information on how the refund process will work.
Refunds for PlayStation 5 Purchases Ellis Game
If you have purchased Concord from the PlayStation Store or PlayStation Direct, the refund will come back to the original payment method. Note that this may take anywhere from 30-60 days to appear on your bank statement. In case the original payment source is no longer available, the refund amount would be credited to the PSN wallet.
Epic Games Store Purchases: If you have bought it via the Epic Games Store, the process for the refund will also work the same. The Epic Games Store will contact each customer directly, confirming the processing of the refund.

If you purchased a physical copy of Concord from a retailer, your refund will depend on the refund process of that retailer.
